I know you don't really like their ♥ suit. I know you would prefer not to play there. But remember, you have NO IDEA what Partner has! They could have seven incredibly small ♥ in their hand with no points. Do you really want to play in 3NT then? No.

Partner gets ANOTHER bid once you bid 3♥. They won't let you play in 3♥ unless it is right to do so.

Sure enough over your 3♥ bid Partner says 3NT. Now they are letting you choose what game you want to play in. You can "Pass" now. You do not have a fit.
